Sometimes the front of books are so bright and garish. I received this book and straight away felt calm by the picture on the front.I have only read two of the stories so far and I am already learning from them. The first one for example let the water clear, explains how to wait a few minutes or a little while before taking action. The second one leaving the nest trusting you will be ready and everything will be ok. I could quite easily sit and read this book from beginning to end in one go. It is ideal for me as I read one story per lunch break. I don’t normally write reviews, but I had to for this book. I highly recommend to family and friends of all ages. It will make you think and/or re-think about how to do things in life, for a calmer and more pleasurable time. This author deserves a medal
